Genuine store, genuine people, good reliable advice, transparent communication, reasonable pricing all make S Infocom your go to place. I recently bought a HDMI to AV converter (Black -i) with a 3 years warranty after prolonged discussion with Mr Amit and Vishal. Since I am from Kolkata, initially I was sceptical about buying from a seller in Gujrat, but now after going through the entire process of purchase I must admit that I took the right decision and will hope the after sales services required in future will be as good as the pre sales services (which included consultation and the process of purchasing).In future also I will contact them for any product / accessories related to computer / IT. Quite a unique experience. They asked how I found their store and importantly what I wanted the products for. They gave me very good and unbiased advice (including asking whether I really needed to buy the product). They also gave me contacts for technical support. I would highly recommend this store for your networking / computer peripheral requirements.
